Excelsis is a new choral project comprised of 20 accomplished singers from the lower mainland area, conducted by Dr. Ramona Luengen. They will be joined by pianist Ingrid Verseveldt and organist Roy Campbell.
*At The Close Of Day* will be a unique, reflective choral presentation including music by Briggs, Cameron, Einfelde, Elder, Esenvalds, Helvey, Matsushita, McDowall, Sheppard, Tallis, Todd and more, as well as the North American premiere of Jonathan Rathbone’s Now That the Sun Hath Veil’d Its Light and the Canadian premiere of Sergey Khvoshchinsky’s Ave Maria.
