Eight hours of quality leadership training with the author of FS to equip your team for effective small group ministry is offered in 3-4 selected cities each fall!
FSIM subsidizes this seminar because the key to a good FS experience is a meaningful small group experience. And the key to a good small group experience is a well trained facilitator!
At FS Facilitator Basic Training, you will…
- …gain an overview of key ingredients necessary for successful ministry to those who hurt and understand both the theology and psychology behind the FS process
- ….experience an authentic small group discussion from Session 2 led by Pastor Ken. You will then use this same approach as you prepare for your weekly small group discussion.
- …learn a field tested method by which to deal with problem personalities – you will meet a few .
- …be personally challenged and fed from God’s Word. Your life and ministry depends on it!!
This seminar is a MUST for new FS Team members and a great refresher for veterans. It is also helpful for those thinking about starting a Christ-centered healing/discipleship ministry in their church or home. All are welcome!!
