About this seminar:
This seminar is intended for church leaders and lay couples. If you are in a ‘healthy’, authentic Christian marriage and are willing to open your heart and home, this is a great ministry for you — even enriching your own marriage.
In this one-day training, Randy Hamm will provide a sustainable church and family-based model where you will learn the basics of mentoring:
- How to set up your home as a safe place for couples to learn from you as marriage mentors
- How to journey alongside couples in several areas (including communication, conflict resolution, financial management, sexuality, cross cultural, leisure, spirituality, family of origin)
- How to use a 6-8 session relaxed structure to create a mentoring relationship
About Randy Hamm:
Randy loves working with couples as a mentor and coach, trains pastors and counsellors, pastored for 7 years in Vancouver, has been training marriage mentors since 2008 and has been married to Hannah since 1996. He is excited to be working with churches in various denominations throughout Western Canada.
