Vancouver organists present an eclectic programme of music on the historic three-manual Casavant Frères organ at St James’ Anglican Church. This annual by-donation event, presented in collaboration with the Vancouver Centre of the Royal Canadian College of Organists, is a wonderful opportunity to hear and meet talented local artists in concert on the mighty 1938 pipe organ at St James. As March 21st marks the birthday of Johann Sebastian Bach, the programme will include organ works that celebrate this outstanding Baroque composer
A wine-and-cheese reception is planned following the concert, which is a great opportunity to meet the performers. For planning purposes, please register to indicate your intention to attend.
