Vinyl records. Film cameras. Flip phones. Paperbacks. In the midst of an increasingly electronic and virtual age, we are seeing a widespread resurgence of the tangible, both outside and inside the church.
We’re witnessing an upsurge of Bible sales, increased attraction to traditional expressions of faith, and the comeback of the notebook and pen.
“Going analog” seems to have become a quiet form of resistance, as today’s generation seeks a life and, by extension, a faith they can hold and experience. Where did this longing come from, and what does it say about where the Church is headed?
At this year’s Apologetics Canada Conference, we will explore how the current trend toward Analog Faith resonates with voices of men like John Wycliffe and William Tyndale, who risked everything to put the Scriptures into the hands and languages of common people.
Join us as we dive further into the legacy of the Word made tangible and ask what it looks like for an ancient faith to speak into our digital age.
