Opening reception for ‘(un)veiled)’ by Fiona Moes Pel

We see through a reflection, dimly. Lifting our eyes to the horizon, our view is not a complete picture, it is an image engulfed in a vignette of mystery and sentiment. Thus, we live in anticipation of a clearer, completed picture; we eagerly wait when we may finally see fully, when we might finally see face to face. 

 

Fiona Moes Pel displays her show, “(un)veiled)” in the Lookout Gallery. This work is both a tribute to the majesty of creation and also a call to become increasingly aware of our obstructed and partial perceptions of it.
