A two-part workshop on Friday, June 9 from 7 to 9:30pm and Saturday, June 10 from 9am to 12pm.
The Bible empowers and brings freedom to both men and women. Explore mutual relationships and gender equality in Old and New Testament texts with interactive teaching by Mary-Lee Bouma, co-director of REED and ordained pastor with the Christian Reformed Church. The workshop will include small group study and discussion, personal reflection, and prayer on topics of: creation, the fall, and redemption; the prophets; Jesus and women; and the epistles.
