| The Delta Leadership Prayer Breakfast will be taking place on Saturday, February 29th in the Tsawwassen Springs Ballroom. The special guest speaker will be Dr. Mark Husbands, Ph.D., President of Trinity Western University, who will be speaking on “The Next Generation of Leaders.”
Dr. Husbands was appointed President of Trinity Western University in 2019. Born in Wales and raised in Ontario, Mark’s career as a scholar, professor, and leader in higher education has crisscrossed North America. His many scholarly and professional endeavours have been focused on issues of spiritual formation, racial reconciliation, global education, and leadership. Dr. Husbands’ experiences as a theologian, educator, scholar, husband, father, and leader have given him great insight and perspective. As the newly installed President of TWU, Mark is casting a vision to equip the next generation of leaders.
