Ross Allen’s Bio
Business Consultant & President of Partnerworks
Ross was born in San Francisco, California and has lived in Sydney, Australia and now Vancouver, BC where he shares life with his wife, Carlene. His varied career has taken him from chef, financial & computer auditor, software sales director, sales skills trainer, computer systems analyst, process engineer and cooking instructor. He began his career with Ernst & Young in San Francisco where he earned his CPA (certified public accountant). Over the following 30 years, Ross worked in the high technology sector selling and consulting for business software companies. He took a break somewhere in between there and opened a cooking school. He is current the sole proprietor of Partnerworks.

What is Business by the Book?
The first Wednesday of every month is Business By The Book, where people from the business community come to be inspired and empowered by amazing leaders who fearlessly share their triumphs and tribulations and how their faith in God has positively impacted their personal and business lives. It’s a great place to connect with others over a quick lunch while getting equipped by some of the best leaders in the marketplace. Everyone is welcome.
Time and Location
Business by the Book is held at the FortisBC Centre located at 1111 West Georgia in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by one of our friendly Business by the Book greeters who will direct you to where you want to go. Tickets are available upon arrival for $15 each, or they can be purchased online prior to the event for $12.
