Dave Phillips – Executive mentor and leader
Dave is an experienced executive mentor and speaker for high performance CEOs and business leaders across North America. His work covers topics ranging from the boardroom to the bedroom, and in some of the most challenging and even troubling areas of the leaders’ lives. Dave is a business owner, author, columnist and talk show host. He was a member and coach of Canada’s National Freestyle Ski team, a stunt man, and a professional ski show performer. Dave is married to Olympic Gold Medalist in Alpine Skiing, Kathy Kreiner-Phillips. They live on the North Shore with their three children.
Canon Melissa Skelton – Mindful Leadership Breaks Glass Ceilings
Melissa Skelton was ordained and installed as the 9th Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of New Westminster, BC, on March 1, 2014. Born and raised in southern USA, she came to faith through the Episcopal Church when she was in her twenties. She earned a Master of Divinity from Virginia Theological Seminary, and was subsequently priested in 1991. The Right Reverend Melissa Skelton is the chief executive officer and the chief liturgical officer of the diocese—responsible to head the synod, ordain, confirm, and appoint others to church office. She also plays a leadership role at the provincial, national, and international levels.
