On June 22, the National Indigenous Prayer Sunday, you are invited to attend a viewing of the film Uncorrupted: The Story of Rose Prince at St. James’ Anglican Church, Gore and Cordova, Vancouver.

Newly digitized, the film is about the life and impact of Rose Prince, a member of the Carrier Nation who is known as the residential school saint.  The Roman Catholic Diocese of Prince George organizes an annual pilgrimage to her burial site in LeJac. Anyone who believes they have received a special favour as a result of prayer dedicated to Rose Prince is encouraged to contact the Catholic Diocese of Prince George, which hopes to advance a cause for her beatification.

The film screening begins at 1:30 pm for 60 minutes. Refreshments and discussion to follow. Please register with St. James’s office to ensure seat availability: office@st.james.bc.ca
