Over the past two weeks we’ve seen incredible excitement for our upcoming Christmas concert with Vancouver Pops and as of this week the reserved tickets have sold out!
For those who are still hoping to come, do not worry! We have set aside a significant number of seats for each concert for walk-ins. So, if you didn’t manage to get tickets here is some important information:
- Each concert will have 150 walk-up seats. You can start lining up for these tickets at any time before the concert at Entrance C. We recommend coming early to make sure you get one of these seats and a good spot!
- If you’re coming with some guests (especially who don’t usually come to church) consider making the wait a part of the fun Christmas experience. Treat them to a warm coffee and a baked good while playing Christmas trivia in line. Or start a robust chorus of “Hark the Herald!” The wait is a part of the fun and an amazing opportunity to spend time together.
- Walk-up seats are free, just like our ticketed ones. There’s is no need to do anything in advance except to show up early.
- If you have a ticket, it is only valid until 30 minutes before the concert. Then those seats will be given to those waiting in the walk-up line.
- We recommend using the pay parking at 130 W. Broadway on top of the old Mountain Equipment Co-op building (accessible through the alley). You could even park early and take your guests out for dinner! The free neighbourhood parking and church parking lot will be very full so it would be faster and easier to pay for parking and walk over.

Ticket Info
- We’ve sold out our first 450 free tickets each concert, but our space can hold 150 more people. If you didn’t get a ticket, be sure to still come as walk-ins are always welcome as space allows.
- Doors open 1 hour before each concert.
- If you have a ticket, to ensure your reserved seat, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins. After that, any unclaimed seats will be opened to walk-ins.
