While working for TearFund, Andy Atkins helped establish “Make Poverty History” as a household phrase. He’s recently taken the helm of A Rocha UK and is spearheading the greening of England’s churches, overseeing the building of community gardens in area formally know as a drug den, and inspiring Christians across the UK to make lifestyle changes that are good for their neighbours and good for the planet.
Don’t miss this special opportunity to hear Andy speak from his vast experience leading UK’s Friends of the Earth as well as TearFund’s Make Poverty History campaign. Through story telling and personal experience, Andy will consider the global trends of poverty relief and creation care and the part we can play in the restoration of all things.
