Dear Educational Leader,
The global Covid-19 pandemic has demanded leadership that is flexible, management focussed and able to react to ever changing conditions and regulations. While our leadership through this pandemic is critical, it is not likely the kind of work that attracted us towards our leadership role. Life giving leadership is more proactive than reactive, it is visionary, strategic and mission based!
I invite you to step off the Covid treadmill for a day of engagement and learning. Join with Christian school leaders from across the world to reflect on the core mission of Christian education – a compelling vision of presence, impact and transformation.
World renown theologian, Miroslav Volf, will share three compelling presentations on the theme of ‘Exclusion and Embrace’ – as videos and podcasts that you will receive in advance of the conference. On October 8th you can join hundreds of other leaders from our sector to discuss and reflect on his ideas. Miroslav will join us on this day to refine his insights and respond to our questions. These engaging sessions will be bracketed by several inspirational stories of ‘exclusion and embrace’ helping us to translate Miroslav’s ideas into practice.
