The Annual SJS Christmas Artisan Fair is coming up on Nov 24! Artists donate a minimum of $25 for the table rental, and also donate an item for the silent auction. All proceeds from table rental and silent auction will be donated to the SJS Syrian refugee fund. Artists keep their proceeds, or donate to a charity of their choice.
There will also be a “Christmas Boutique Table” where 100% of the proceeds go to the refugee fund. We encourage all parishioners to donate at least one item to this table, and we need a couple of volunteers to work at this table, as well as at the silent auction. Items that are Christmas themed and/or suitable for gift giving are best. Suggestions are:
Items you were given as gifts that you know you will never use, such as clothing, dishes, gift sets or home decor
Vintage Christmas decorations
Small antique items
Artwork, crafts, homemade photo cards, jams, jellies, or baking (please put your name on all edibles)
Bring your friends to church on this special Sunday to get a jump start on your Christmas shopping!
