The word Dare can have a variety of different meanings. Have you ever had any one say to you “Do it! I Dare you!” Probably so! But more than likely it was when you were young and your friends wanted you to eat something crazy or stay up later than you were supposed to.
And there was something fun about accepting that challenge….. about walking into the unknown and taking a risk. Not knowing where it will lead or what will happen.
However, as time marches on in our lives the risks we take start to lessen and lessen. The warm blanket of comfort and familiarity comes over us and we let go of that sense of adventure and wonder.
The wild thing about God is that He continues to call us to step out and take risks to trust Him.
To Dare to be who He created us to be. What does that look like for you?
This event is designed to speak directly to the part of you that tends to shy away from stepping out into the unknown.
