A Day of Repentance and United Prayer
In the words of Andrew Murray: “Christians cannot reach the full blessing God is ready to bestow through His Spirit until they seek and receive it in fellowship with each other. It was to the hundred and twenty praying together in total agreement under the same roof that the Spirit came from the throne of the glorified Lord. In the same way, it is in the union and fellowship of believers that the Spirit can manifest His full power.”
God is calling the Nations from the North, South, East and West to embark on this Prayer Journey with Him. He is moving in His awesome power, and He is challenging us to be part of this journey. It is a journey that is not about us, but about a world in desperate need for His glory and compassionate love. It is a call to respond to His invitation in 2 Chronicles 7:14 to humble ourselves, pray, seek His face and turn from our wicked ways. May He hear our prayers, forgive our sin and heal our land.
Believers in many countries of the world will lift expectant praise and desperate prayer with one voice in stadiums, open fields, community centers, private homes and even secret places.
These prayers have the power to transform our world and to fill the nations with the glory of God.
