We live out our vocations in and through institutions. These can be a powerful force for good, combining the visions, strengths, and capacities of many people. However, they can also go terribly wrong. Discover the elements of dynamic institutions, consider how to participate in ones that work well, and examine the institutional dimensions of congregational life. Join us as we learn to develop “institutional intelligence”: recognizing and cultivating institutions that work.
