This conference is for pastors, directors, CEOs, boards, elders, teachers, managers, parents, and anyone concerned about spiritual influence. Everything comes down to leadership. The world is broken and desperately needs the force that the Church was created to be. The brokenness of the world lies in the spiritual poverty of the Church and the spiritual poverty of the Church lies in the spiritual poverty of its leaders. The fastest way to impact the culture and effectiveness of any organization is to inspire and equip those with influence.

The purpose of the HFL Leaders Conference is to affect those who affect their organizations. We want to serve leaders by providing an environment of spiritual vibrancy and facilitate conversations that enable us to learn from each other.

The main rallies will provide an environment of inspiration and spiritual vibrancy with worship and challenge by other leaders. The workshops/seminars are focused on facilitating conversations around key topics that leaders deal with.
