All are welcome at the Innaugural Lecture by the Rev. Dr. Jason Byassee to the Reverend John Ralph Butler and Elisabeth Letitia Baker Butler Chair of Homiletics and Biblical Interpretation.
Rev. Dr. Byassee’s address is entitled ‘The Transfiguring God’.
This appointment is one of two endowed chairs in Homiletics in Canada and one of a very few such endowments in the world, made possible by a substantial donation by the Rev. Ralph Butler and his wife, Mrs. Wanda Butler, and the Rev. Laura Butler.
