About the Exhibition

British Columbia-based photographer Chad Chomlack invites viewers into a profound exploration of nature’s spiritual essence through his limited edition print series, It All Belongs. Serving as a meditative journey into presence, wonder, and interconnectedness, Chad’s work highlights the belief that every moment—be it filled with joy or challenge—holds inherent value and purpose. Through his lens, Chad captures the emotional and spiritual landscapes that bind us to the natural world and invites us to pause, reflect, and recognize the sacredness in every moment, urging a deeper connection to each other and the world around us. Each image reflects a personal journey of embracing life’s full spectrum, grounded in the mantra that “it all belongs.”

Artist’s Description

Since I was a boy, I’ve been drawn to the deeper currents of this human experience—especially as they show up in our relationship with the natural world and the presence of the Creator within it. Photography has been my way of exploring what it means to truly participate in life with open eyes, an open heart, and a willingness to listen.

I believe there is a current in life that is always calling us to live more deeply and widely. In the still, quiet moments—and even in the chaos—there’s an invitation: to pause, to notice, to marvel. To be present. To search, to listen, to remember what it means to be human and alive within this vast and wild world.

“It all belongs.” These words have become a grounding mantra in both my personal life and my creative process. They’ve been tested, stretched, and ultimately reaffirmed—especially in the seasons where I wished nothing about my life belonged. In those times, photography has offered more than just work or creative expression; it has been a vehicle for adventure, for connection, for healing, for remembrance—and, most of all, for surrendering to this deeper current that continues to invite me to let it all belong.

The limited-run images in this show are a reflection of that pursuit—my ongoing conversation with the natural world and what it reveals to me. My hope is that these images might also awaken something within you. A new way of seeing. A moment of connection. A quiet mirror held up to your own experience.

Let’s keep our hearts open.
