On Friday June 13 at 7:00pm our parish will be hosting
an inspirational and professional dramatic play about the
life of St. Clare. St. Clare fought passionately with the
church hierarchy, gave generously to those in need and
helped to end a 300 year war with the world’s first peace
movement, while struggling with the restrictions of being
a medieval woman.
Listen to the story of St. Clare through a theatre play
reading, followed by a visual tour through her Assisi and
enjoy a taste of her active spirituality and what it can
offer to us 1000 years later!
Light authentic Italian refreshments will be served at
intermission. Tickets are $20 each or $50 for a family
(children in attendance should be Gr. 6+) and can be
purchased after Mass; by contacting the parish office
(604.941.4800 / [email protected]); or from
Andrew (604.354.5856 / [email protected]).”
