Join us on Saturday November 14, 2015 at 9AM at Trinity Western University for a full day of teaching, thinking and discussing Law School and its unique challenges (Lunch as well as light snacks and coffee/tea, provided). This is a great networking opportunity for Christian students interested in pursuing legal studies. Guest lecturers and law students from across the country will be in attendance.
Law School is a different educational experience – for everyone- and the demands of the law and legal study can pose additional questions for Christian students.
We endeavor to support law students (interested, prospective, and current) in authentically living out their Christian faith as they pursue legal studies.
FAQs:
Why is there a cost to attend?
TWU, CLF, and guest lecturers are donating their facilities, services, and time to help minimize cost. The ticket fee will help to recover some of the lunch cost; however, most of the event cost is being covered by donation from CLF and TWU.
Is there financial assistance available?
While travel and accomodation costs are the student’s responsibility, financial assistance may be available. Please contact the email listed for more information.
What do I have to bring to the event?
No. 2 pencils only, a clear ziploc bag with snacks, etc… (See more here: http://www.lsac.org/jd/lsat/day-of-test)
Just kidding, of course. All you need are writing materials, your ticket, and valid photo ID.
