Vision and Purpose
Isaiah 45:8 may be the best one verse prophetic description of the fruit of Paul’s prayer in Ephesians chapters one & three for the church to experience the “Fullness of Christ”. Acts 2:36 defines the Fullness of Christ as the Kingly Judicial Anointing joined with the Priestly Salvation Anointing. Jesus paid the price for the harvest of nations which requires both! Psalm 2:8 commands the Firstborn of many brethren to, “Ask of Me, and I will give you the nations for your inheritance…”
When Jesus assigns or we ask for harvest field, we are responsible for dealing with the opposition that arises by using the Rod of Iron promised for our mouth. The Anointing to strike the earth with the rod of our mouth …
so that the very breath of our mouth slays the wicked is promised by Isaiah & Revelation. Those of us who have this experience believe its time this Fullness was poured out for the rest of the Body so that the church can fulfill Psalm 2 & sustain a season where “…The skies pour down righteousness; Let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, And let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord, have created it(Isaiah 45:8).” “Rend The Heavens and Come Down” is our cry for this fullness.
Rend the Heavens is a gathering of the nations to release the sound of God’s glory to our city of Vancouver and throughout the world!

Why are we calling this gathering?
We are fast approaching 20 years since God called us into full-time ministry with the church, Destiny Centre and the world-wide coalition, Kingdom Harvest Ministries International. Each year we have had rich times in God at our summer camps. So many lives have been touched over the years and we continue to hear testimonies back from people who had amazing experiences and memories of the power of God touching their lives.
Since camp last year, God has been continuing to show up in our services and in our midst with awesome demonstrations of His power and miraculous signs and wonders. Angelic visitations, salvations, baptisms of fire, healings, deliverances and prophetic words at home and abroad. So this year we felt to shift from holding camp meetings to hosting a World Summit in our city of Vancouver.
Last month in one of our Sunday services God spoke loudly in Pastor Darcy’s and my spirit that it’s time to gather in our city of Vancouver and release what God has put in our hearts for such a time as this. God said, “I will rend the heavens!” In Isaiah 45:8 it says, “Rain down you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness; let the earth open and bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord have created it.” This is a direct response of the Lord Jehovah who in this season wants to “bara” which means create and establish what He is prophesying in this verse. We are about to see the fullness of the Kingly-Priestly anointing in this hour as the Heavens will be rended. This is what God promised us and the purpose of this gathering is to unveil one of the greatest mysteries and promises the world has yet to see.
