The Dal Schindell Gallery invites you to a reception on Thursday, June 29 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm for the opening of artist Cara Bain’s exhibition Surroundings.
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
Featuring figurative pieces of the human form alongside paintings of vibrant landscapes, artist Cara Bain’s exhibition Surrounding illustrates how comfort can provide us with a sense of safety but may also cause us to withdraw from the world around us. A visual conversation between the human form and the natural world, the works inspire us to discover the beauty that lies within our comfort zones and just beyond them.
