Elizabeth is a Ph.D. candidate in Early Christianity at Duke University. Her studies focus on textual criticism, Mary Magdalene, and the Gospel of John. Her work has been published in the Harvard Theological Review and the Journal of Biblical Literature, and has been featured by Religion News Service, the National Catholic Reporter, Christian Century, and the Daily Beast.
