In this 45-minute long event we’ll cover:
- Amanda Burrows‘ recent appointment to Interim Executive Director
- The redevelopment of our building at 320 East Hastings and what the next steps of the process are
- Our newly-launched eviction mapping project led by Staff Lawyer, Sarah Marsden and how this important work will ultimately inform law reform work and support the advocacy clients we serve
So pick up a loaf, or bake one yourself, and join us for the next edition of Toast Talks! All are welcome
We’ll send you a Zoom link closer to the date.
About FIRST UNITED Toast Talks
Toast Talks is our series of engaging and fun virtual events during which members of the FIRST UNITED team offer updates, insights, and information about our work to our supporters, friends, volunteers, and community. All are welcome to attend. Toast Talks gets it’s name from the trend of bread baking that occurred during the pandemic. While we couldn’t gather in person, we were committed to finding ways where we could break bread together, and toast our shared accomplishments.
