Trauma-Informed Pastoral Care is a training for pastors, ministry leaders, and students who desire to create safe and healing environments within their ministry settings.
The impact of trauma affects both individuals and collective communities. In this training, participants will learn about the widespread impact of trauma, various types of traumas, and strategies for providing pastoral care to trauma survivors.
Leaders will also learn how to implement six principles of trauma informed care into their ministry settings so as to promote healing and to prevent harm.
Tracy Busse is the founder of Ash Tree Center, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, Spiritual Director, Consultant, and Trainer. For over 18 years, Tracy has provided therapeutic services to adolescents, adults, leaders and organizations.
She specializes in working with adolescents and individuals that have experienced various traumas, including childhood sexual abuse, physical abuse, spiritual abuse, psychological abuse, sexual exploitation, and other forms of developmental trauma. Tracy resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
