We are honoured to have joining us Father Peter Bisson, SJ (Provincial Superior, Jesuits of English Canada), Father John McCarthy, SJ (Socius to the Provincial & Jesuit Ecologist), Very Reverend Gary Franken (Vicar General for the Archdiocese of Vancouver), Dr. Andrew Bennett (Chair, Cabinet of Canadians, Faith in Canada 150), Father Richard Soo, SJ (Superior of the Jesuit Community of Vancouver) and other Jesuits serving in BC.
A knowledgeable scotch expert will encourage guests to nose, taste and learn about some of the world’s finest scotches. Enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres selected to pair well with the scotch.
The Jesuits have a long courageous history of uniquely engaging society: they have devoted their lives to promote social justice, inspire the youth through education, and have assisted people in their private and public lives to cultivate a deeper and more reasoned faith.
As Europe and the US become more fractured, secular and polarized – how will the Jesuits respond? Father Peter Bisson & Dr. Andrew Bennett will briefly discuss these issues with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

We predict this event will sell out quickly and encourage you to purchase tickets early. Tickets are $75 per person. A tax receipt will be issued for a portion of each ticket.
