Description
The Vancouver Chamber Choir brings you the finest repertoire for chorus and orchestra every Good Friday in hopes that you will make this annual Orpheum concert part of your family’s musical and holiday tradition. This year the music is particularly wonderful — the moving Stabat Mater by Italian Baroque master Giovanni Battista Pergolesi, and the sublimely beautiful Requiem based on Gregorian themes by French post-Impressionist composer Maurice Duruflé.
