Join us on Tuesday, November 24th for the second annual Vancouver Water Bash. This year we’ll be raising funds to bring clean water to our friends in the Ugandan communities of Bwirambere and Nkomero. Today, 13,500 people have to collect water from streams or swamps, spending hours each day collecting water that will inevitably make them sick. Together we will bring the gift of clean water to these communities, bringing freedom to families struggling in poverty, and improving the lives of thousands of children.
The 2015 Vancouver Water Bash is at the historic Heritage Hall. The evening will be hosted by comedian Clifford Prang, and we’ll be treated to music by the Nelson Boschman Jazz Trio. Your ticket includes appetizers and a drink of your choice. Executive Director Nate Lepp will speak on ACTS’ exciting plans for 2016, and the ACTS team will be there to share stories, answer your questions and give you a full picture of the impact you are making.
