DIGITAL DEADLINE
Noon, Thursday, January 29, 2015.
Participating Artists are asked to review, print and sign two copies of the Exhibition Agreement and bring the agreement along with their artwork to St. Mary’s, on Tuesday, February 10, 2015.
PHYSICAL DEADLINE AND TIMELINE

Artists will be required to bring their work to St. Mary’s between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. |
| OPENING Thursday, February 12, 2015 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m |
It is hoped that artists will be present at the opening celebration of the show to meet members of the St. Mary’s community and others in the wider Kerrisdale community. The opening night is by invite only. Wine and Cheese will be served. |
| Pick Up Art Work Sunday, February 15, 2015 |
Pick up any unsold art between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If the artist knows that s/he will not be able to collect unsold work at the end of the show, then the artist, (either on delivering the work of art/or during the duration of the show), must provide St. Mary’s with a signed note authorizing another person to collect the work. That person, when collecting the work, will need to show the representative of St. Mary’s a government issued identity document before receiving it. |
