Drawing on the Japanese art of Kintsugi, our journey to Easter will provide us a unique opportunity to explore the gift and value of our scars and how our wounds enable us to be more effective as leaders regardless of role and industry.

In each session, a theme will be discussed in the context of the Easter Story with raw and honest dialogue from our panel.  An opportunity will be provided for guests to participate in a Live Q & A.

Attend one or all of our complimentary bi-weekly sessions and consider inviting a colleague or friend.

March 3 | On Being Broken:

To be broken is easily perceived as a liability when it may be an asset that deepens our understanding of life. In this first session, we will explore brokenness and the value of our pain and our wounds that can enable us to be more effective leaders. The session will conclude with a Live Q & A.

March 17 | On Being In-Between:

Much of life is spent in the in-between, the place where we wait. In this second session, we will examine how one season prepares us for the next and the gift that unexpected pauses can be to us and all of those around us. The session will conclude with a Live Q & A.

March 31 | On Being Hopeful:

Hope is not cancelled but is a sustaining presence in an uncertain world. In this final session, we will discuss how hope needs to be part of our strategy and how best to keep hope alive despite uncertainty and chaos. The session will conclude with a Live  Q & A.
