When You Face Difficult People, What Do You Do?

We all encounter difficult people at various points in our lives. We manage them, work with them, share offices with them, live with them and for some of us, are married to them. We also know that people are complex and that difficult people may be difficult because of the personal baggage that they may be carrying e.g. stress, anxiety, depression etc.

So, if terminating or exiting a relationship is not an option, how are we to effectively manage, communicate, relate and help people who are difficult to deal with?

Join us as Sophia facilitates our discussion on how to deal with difficult people.

Because, we all want to be treated as people.
