You don’t have to go through it alone
Are you hurting from the pain of separation or divorce and are looking for help and guidance? Confused about your feelings? Feeling lost and alone? DivorceCare is a support group with caring facilitators who have experienced the pain of divorce and understand what you are going through. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life.
DivorceCare has three components:
DivorceCare is a non-denominational program featuring 30 minute videos which open up areas that many people have never considered. The video presenters are top psychologists, a capability that would have been impossible for us to emulate ourselves. The personal stories by many who have gone through the program bring reality home. Some of the topics include:
- Facing your Anger
- Facing your Depression and Loneliness
- New Relationships – When are you ready?
Please note: DivorceCare is a confidential group whereby you can interact, learn from others and share your own story. Many say this is the most important part.
BIBLE BASED STUDY
This optional study taken from the workbook provides words of comfort and encouragement throughout the course.
“Find Help, Discover Hope, Experience Healing”
The best part of DivorceCare is that you can start at any week. We are an ongoing group offering courses every Spring and Fall, so you don’t have to wait to start your healing. Please feel free to come when you are ready to start your journey, even if you have just been recently separated. Call the office for more information (604) 922-0911.
