FaithCARE: Growing Restorative Congregations is designed to help congregations adopt a restorative, relational framework across its congregational life. Join us for either 2 or 4 days of training as we explore what it means to be restorative congregations.
We are offering several different days of exploring restorative practices, circles and training in restorative conferencing.
This Restorative Practices training has 3 participation options and will cover:
Wed April 15: Explore: What does it mean to be a Restorative Church?
Thurs April 16: Learn: “Circles” – How to facilitate them, types of circles, and circle do’s and don’ts)
Fri & Sat Apr 17-18: Practice: Formal Restorative Conferences (April 17 – 18)
