Laudate Singers celebrates the Christmas season with amazing early music filled with joy, warmth and life!
The choir and instrumentalists will perform Christmas music as would have been heard in the cathedrals of 17th-century Germany. Glorious music by Praetorius, Schütz, Hammerschmidt and other greats of the early Baroque period. Our Baroque Chamber Orchestra has a special treat of their own – Pachelbel’s Canon in D.
We’re looking forward to a new venue for us, Highlands United Church in the lovely Edgemont Village. Expect comfortable seating! Join the Singers for Christmas treats during a festive intermission.
