Justice Matters: From Root Causes to Action

Have you ever wondered…
“There’s so much to be concerned about, what can I do? What can we do?”
“I can’t support all justice matters emotionally, financially, nor in time… How DO we respond to so many needs??”
“Can’t these groups work together more? The issues ARE related aren’t they?”
Then, this workshop is for you!!

Goals for the workshop:
– to engage participants in a community learning process for understanding the interconnectedness of social, political, and economic issues present in our society in order to develop organizing strategies for responding to our justice struggles.
– to be motivating and facilitating of action.

Why? By better understanding the bigger picture of injustices present in our society we can better identify challenges, limitations, possibilities and strengths we have as individuals and communities.
