It has been a Streams of Justice tradition for the past few years to dedicate our Monday evening gathering following the Women’s Memorial March to a time of reflection and lament when we grieve the loss of so many lives and the abuse women constantly face, and identify the structures that perpetuate suffering and violence directed toward women, especially indigenous women and women of colour. Out of this time of lament and reflection, we want to renew our dedication to the work of justice and the fight against oppression.
