Managing Me, Loving You
You are invited to join Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries and Planted Community Food Network for a 2-hour participatory workshop for coordinators and volunteers in of church- and community-based programs for vulnerable persons.
This workshop will explore the unique challenges and gifts in relationships where mental health creates differences. We will share practical information to help understand mental health as a continuum. Participants will leave with knowledge of new ways to self-manage stigma and fear by moving from reactionary to servant responses so as to better serve guests and one another.
Who should attend? Anyone interested in learning about mental health challenges and how to build stronger communities.

Cost: $5 – $50 (sliding scale, checks made to CityGate Leadership Forum)
