2017 marks 500 years since Martin Luther led the Protestant Reformation, out of which sprang the Anabaptist-Mennonite faith. All are invited to a free lecture, “Menno Simons’ Role in the Reformation.”

Speaker: Abraham Friesen (Ph.D., Stanford) is Professor Emeritus at the University of California (Santa Barbara) where he has specialized in Renaissance and Reformation History. He is considered an authority on Reformation rebel Thomas Müntzer.
