This workshop explores the meaning and process of the mental health recovery journey, both for the individual and the community. Participants will reflect on the stages of recovery and explore ways to walk alongside each other during these stages. We will also consider how to care for self and others and the value of relationships and spiritual community in recovery. The focus of this workshop is on being Christ’s love, light and hope by putting people at the center of our focus, rather than diagnoses.
Registration and coffee from 10am.
Admission is by donation with a suggested offering of $10 per person
