Life in the Neighbourhood with Karen Wilk
How can we live “in and for” our neighbourhoods in everyday life?
Karen Wilk, the author of Don’t Invite Them to Church, will invite us to consider the art of neighbouring for the sake of God’s mission: What does it mean to be present in our neighbourhood? How do we love our neighbours in real and concrete ways? What practices can we begin so that we can better engage and serve our neighbours in faith and hope?
This is a timely and encouraging event meant to equip all members of the church to be God’s people in the midst of the neighbourhoods where God has placed us. Please join us!
Location: Level Ground Church, 31216 King Road Abbotsford, BC Time: 9am-3pm
