In Christ is the fullness of life, and The Exchange Conference is designed to equip you as a young adult to live from a place of victory and purpose. You were meant to live a life filled with passion, joy and the experiential knowledge that your life matters and makes a difference.

Unfortunately we so easily get distracted and often end up on the sidelines. Instead of living from the solid foundation of Christ, we find ourselves building on a foundation of sand. We need more money, more friends, more fun, more status, more Instagram and Twitter followers, and more Facebook likes. We need more clothes, more shoes, more toys, and more time to go shopping. We live in a consumer and entertainment culture, but the truth is that the more that culture screams we need, only brings emptiness. The more we really need, the more that will enable all of us to live a life of passion, joy and significance comes from a relationship with Father God, being empowered by the Holy Spirit.

We need an Exchange!

Jaden Neufeld has been the Middle School Coordinator at Christian Life Assembly since December 2015. He has been heavily involved with youth ministry for the last two years and now helps to lead their Tuesday night service and coordinates the Sunday morning discipleship program called Rev 678. He is passionate about preaching the gospel, and having a front row seat to seeing the love of Jesus transform peoples lives.

Jason Doubroff has been in Christian ministry since 2010 doing everything from administrative stuff  to youth and young adults and now most recently has accepted a job to be an associate pastor at Maple Ridge Community Church.

Gretchen Teerling is the founder of One Touch Ministries. She grew up in the church, serving in both volunteer and vocational roles, before being called by The Church on Oxford Hill as their associate pastor in the fall of 2015. She is passionate about preaching the Word of God, and seeingpeople come to a place of freedom and wholeness through Jesus Christ. One of her primary motivations is equipping each person in the body of Christ to live fully engaged in the Spirit and in their individual uniqueness.

Put it on the calendar! Bring your friends, and let’s gather as one body, to worship and be transformed in the presence of ourHeavenly Father. Let’s seek to hear from Himand invite His transforming work within us.
