Dr. Iain Provan will explain what Bill C-4 is about and how the church can respond with conviction and love. Recently the Canadian government passed Bill C-4 which outlaws conversion therapy. Many view the bill as being in conflict with biblical teaching; as such, it has implications for how parents instruct their children and how the church teaches Scripture.
The first 45 minutes will be Dr. Iain Provan talking, followed by a half-hour Q&A.
