Mark your calendars! Our Summer Connect event is finally back this Wednesday, June 8 after a two year pandemic hiatus.
Why are we so excited? Because this means our community members will experience a fun, meaningful day where they can connect with transformative service providers in the Downtown Eastside.
At Summer Connect, we set up booths right outside and inside UGM. The day gives our neighbours assistance with completing important tasks, such as finishing their taxes, finding employment, and receiving a complimentary, dignifying haircut.
Here are some of the incredible service providers that will be connecting with the community at Summer Connect:
Summer Connect will take place this Wednesday, June 8 at 601 East Hastings and on Princess Ave outside our building. It will run from 11 am to 3 pm. All are welcome!
