What is an Alpha Lab?
Alpha Labs are local gatherings that provide a space for leaders to experiment, collaborate, dream big and prepare for the challenge of running Alpha. Alpha Labs are beneficial to all leaders as they explore the invitational life, radical hospitality, and other topics in an interactive format that will help them run a great Alpha and become a strong leader in their community.
Alpha Labs will:
- Help you build a culture of invitation in your church
- Demonstrate how to build relationships and practice hospitality
- Empower your team to plan and execute an effective Alpha experience
