COMING HOME TO SAY GOODBYE

As many of you know, the time is drawing near to bid a fond farewell to our beloved Iona Building. To help us deal with our sweet sorrow and to celebrate the exciting things to come for VST, you are invited to our Coming Home to Say Goodbye event on Sunday, May 4 between 2 – 4:30 pm. This full afternoon of activities will include a chance to take a piece of VST with you (think giant garage sale and books!), sharing your stories of what the Iona Building has meant to you, refreshments, and a service of `decommissioning` to commemorate and honour our deep, historical connection to this building. Most exciting, however, will be the opportunity to view concept drawings of the new VST building! This will be a terrific chance to renew old acquaintances and forge new ones, both amongst ourselves and with our physical place of community and learning.
