WHY ATTEND?
There are a number of teenagers that already are part of your ministry. You love them and are shepherding them. But when you look beyond the walls of your ministry, you’ll notice a much larger number of teenagers that aren’t yet in Christian community.
In fact, as we look across our country, we see three million adolescents who call themselves Canadian, yet only the smallest fraction of them would call Jesus their Lord.
God has strategically placed you to be part of the community of youth workers called to reach those three million teenagers with the Gospel. The Gospel, which brings salvation, life, restoration, justice, and identity to a generation that is in search of all of these things.

This 3.5 hour event is a combination of conference sessions and live community workshopping of personal strategic plans. You’ll not just hear from world class communicators, but you’ll be guided through a process to help us all determine the problems around leading missional youth ministries that reach the three million and how to strategically overcome those problems.
