This webinar will help attendees understand general violence and harassment legislation and how to not only ensure they have a policy that meets the legislative requirements, but also tackles core issues that can contribute to a culture where harassment may occur. We will talk about power dynamics (primarily around gender), accountability, safe-guarding, etc.
Katie Double will bring her skills and experience both from being the senior leader responsible for HR and Communications that had some crises, and as a consultant working with Christian charities through a variety of crises.
This webinar will be recorded for one hour, but there is an option for participants to stay on for additional time if they wish to further engage in the conversation.
